Madison Webb, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Madison is the owner and therapist at Anchor Family Therapy. She was born and raised in Wilson, North Carolina. Her practice is built on trust, wise and practical counsel, and professionalism. Her approach to therapy is established in Family Systems Theory, which values all aspects (psychological, physical, relational, etc.) of a person's life and relationships during treatment. She aims to work collaboratively with all clients to achieve their individual goals through a bio-psycho-social-spiritual lens.
Madison earned her BS in Elementary Education and Special Education at Liberty University and her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy at East Carolina University. She has experience working with all manner of mental health diagnosis and life stressors, especially anxiety, depression, postpartum stressors, children and adolescents. Madison also has a special passion for helping couples prepare for marriage with premarital counseling and restore unity in couple relationships.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 kids, and lovable pup! Madison has served as a missionary in the Philippines and Dominican Republic. She also enjoys serving families at her local church. Her engaging personality, gentle nature, and calm demeanor creates a safe environment where trust is built through genuine honesty and authenticity. She desires to foster an atmosphere of safety and free of judgment. Her passion is her clients: walking alongside of them, serving them, and empowering them to make healthy decisions for themselves. Hope Stephens, LCSW

Hope was born and raised in Wilson, North Carolina. Hope earned her Bachelor of Social Work and her Master of Social Work at East Carolina University. She realized from a very early age that her passion was helping others in her community.
Hope desires to create an atmosphere where patients feel comfortable, meeting people where they are, without judgment, and helping them find their way again. Hope has a passion for supporting individuals facing grief, infant loss, special needs, depression, anxiety, and other mental health stressors. Hope believes in a holistic approach to include mind, body, and spirit. Her approach to therapy is established in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps patients to understand how their thoughts and feelings influence behaviors. During the course of treatment, people learn how to identify and change destructive thought patterns that have a negative influence on behavior and emotions. She has experience working with all manner of mental health diagnoses and life stressors. Family means everything to Hope and she believes in treating others how she would want her family to be treated. Hope’s strong faith has helped her to realize the beauty in brokenness and that with God’s help your brokenness can become beautiful again.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and baby girl. Her hobbies are reading, traveling, and being involved in church. Hope looks forward to collaborating with you on reaching your goals to live a healthier life mentally, physically and spiritually.

Lacey Dlugos, LCSWA

Lacey was born and raised in rural North Dakota. In college, she studied Social Work, completed an internship with a faith-based adoption and foster care agency, and earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Minnesota State University of Moorhead. Lacey moved to Wilson County in 2014 where she continued her education and earned a Master of Social Work from East Carolina University.
When working with clients, Lacey draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Strength Based, and Play Therapy. Lacey has experience working with a variety of clients, especially those with recent life stressors, self-esteem c concerns, past or present traumatic experiences, and symptoms of anxiety and depression. Lacey specializes in therapy with children, adolescents, and young adults. Additionally, she has a passion for working with blended families, families going through adoption, and all types of adjustments that come with children and teens. Parent involvement is important to Lacey and parents will be valued partners throughout the therapeutic relationship.
In her spare time, Lacey enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Lacey also finds time to serve as a volunteer with a local church’s children and youth program. Finally, she enjoys relaxing with her husband, Joe, and their dog and cat.

Rebekah Shingleton, LCMHCA

Rebekah is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (formally known as Licensed Professional Counselor Associate). She earned her undergraduate degree from Meredith College and her Masters in Counseling from NC State University (go pack)!
With her modern approach to therapy, she builds an active relationship with her clients. Rebekah is straightforward, doesn't tip-toe around the difficult, and makes progress quickly. Rebekah's lengthy educational training allows her to see patterns, behaviors, and core beliefs that may be holding someone back. She brings practical solutions to everyday stressors that can realistically be applied in a busy life.
When Rebekah isn't working she is loving and living her life in Eastern North Carolina and soaking in the sweet slow pace of small town life.
