Rebekah is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (formally known as Licensed Professional Counselor Associate). She earned her undergraduate degree from Meredith College and her Masters in Counseling from NC State University (go pack)!

With her modern approach to therapy, she builds an active relationship with her clients. Rebekah is straightforward, doesn’t tip-toe around the difficult, and makes progress quickly. Rebekah’s lengthy educational training allows her to see patterns, behaviors, and core beliefs that may be holding someone back. She brings practical solutions to everyday stressors that can realistically be applied in a busy life.

When Rebekah isn’t working she is loving and living her life in Eastern North Carolina and soaking in the sweet slow pace of small town life.
