Hope is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Hope earned her Bachelor of Social Work and her Master of Social Work at East Carolina University. Hope is passionate about working with people from all walks of life. Hope has worked in many different areas of mental health including inpatient psychiatric, community mental health, integrated behavioral health and private practice. She gives it to you straight and is not a sugar coat it therapist.

Hope desires to create an atmosphere where patients feel comfortable to share their lives without fear of judgment. She meets people where they are, in their brokenness, and works with the patient to develop goals that will help them achieve a happier, healthier lifestyle. Hope utilizes a holistic approach and assists patients in recognizing the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. This is achieved by utilizing a variety of modalities including, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, and motivational interviewing.

Hope has a special passion for grief/loss. Having traveled this road, she feels it gives her a uniqueness to help others realize they are not alone in their journey, helps them take their loss and create something meaningful and beautiful from it.

Family means everything to Hope and she believes in treating others how she would want her family to be treated. Hope’s strong faith has helped her to realize the beauty in brokenness and that with hard work and God’s help your brokenness can become beautiful again.

Hope has lived in Wilson, NC all her life. She enjoys giving back to her community and fulfilling her God-given purpose. When she has free time she enjoys spending it with her family and friends doing whatever makes them happy.
